How to create a reverse shipment with OTO rates

General Feature Information

With OTO, you can return any order from the end customers easily using the delivery companies offered by OTO directly without any contracts. 

How to Use the Feature

Go to the Delivered Orders tab from the "Shipments" submenu on the left sidebar, and select Delivered Orders from the top. Press "Create Shipment" and select "Create Return Shipment With OTO Rates"

Select the Drop-off warehouse or branch, the quantity (QTY) to be returned, and the return reason, then click the "Show Shipping Options" button.

3. Select your preferred delivery company and click "Create Shipment" button

Finally, after the shipment has been created, under awaiting pickup shipments, you may need to print the AWB from your side and send it to your end customer as a PDF and ask the customer to print it out and attach it to the box.
