How to create bulk shipments with OTO rates

Rest assured that regardless of the number of orders you receive, you can focus on sales while leaving the shipping logistics to OTO. The OTO system is designed to efficiently manage multiple orders and streamline the execution and shipping processes most effectively and efficiently as possible.

How to create bulk shipments through OTO pre-negotiated rates

How to Use the Feature

Go to the shipments tab, if you did not add an order you should add an order first, go to this link to add an order. Select the orders, click Create Shipment, and select With OTO Rates.

3. You can select the delivery company from the list, check the rates and click "Create Shipment" 

In case of any error during creating shipment your order will stay in pending and others will be moved to the waiting for pickup tab in the shipments menu.

1. Prerequisites:
   What needs to be set up before using this feature?

Order and warehouse (pickup location) must be added to the OTO system. 

Credit must be purchased for the shipping fee.

1. Common Issues and Solutions:

   • Issue: Create shipment gives an error.

   • Solution: Check the shipping error logs to see the error, and you can try with another delivery company.
