FAQs:

Q: What is an SLA in the context of shipping partners?

A: SLA stands for Service Level Agreement. It is a contractual arrangement that sets the minimum acceptable timeframe for processing and delivering orders. For example, 90% of orders must be delivered within 24 hours, and 100% within 48 hours.

Q: What should I do if distance ranges overlap?
A: Ensure ranges are continuous and non-overlapping. For example:

  • Range 1: 0–10 KM

  • Range 2: 10–20 KM

Q: Why are my SLA ranges not saving?

A: Check that all ranges have valid start and end values with no overlap. For instance, Range 1 should end at 50 KM, and Range 2 should start at 50 KM.
