How to Add a Warehouse?

 From The sidebar click on Warehouse

Click on Add Warehouse

: 

1-  Select 'Location' to input the location details. (A)

2-  Enhance matching by including the Warehouse code to align with the client's ERP system. (B) - This field is also used for import operations (With OTO import operations.)

3-  Simplify the process by automatically populating the warehouse location after placing a pin on the map and confirming the address. (C)

4-  If a different address is required on your invoice, switch button on and add the address to “Invoice Address” field. (D)

5- Enhance clarity by adding the warehouse name for better differentiation.(E)

6- Enable 'Automatic Shipment Creation' to facilitate automatic shipment creation for orders assigned to this warehouse (F)

7-  Grant specific users visibility for this warehouse's orders (limited to admin, warehouse users, and brand managers). (H)

8-  Assign drivers specifically for serving this warehouse. (I)

 

9- Add the warehouse working hours to align seamlessly with the schedule for picking up orders by the delivery companies After that click on ‘Add’
