2. How it works?
- The customer places an order on the e-commerce platform and we provide integration with most e-commerce platforms including Magento, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Shopify, Salla, Zid, and more.
- Our platform receives the order information and assigns it to the nearest branch or warehouse. We transfer the location of your customers to Google Maps' coordinates and automatically assign it to the nearest branch/warehouse, so there is no need for manual assignment.
- Your team receives the order and begins preparing it. Your team will receive the order immediately with full details about products, customer information, and important instructions
- The shipping company receives the order from the warehouse/branch and delivers it immediately whether inside or outside the city. Your customers will receive their orders from our reliable delivery partners as soon as possible
