How to Add Bank Information

If you have Cash On Delivery orders and you are using the shipping companies offered by OTO, then you will need to add your bank information to your OTO account so we can transfer the amounts collected by the shipping companies to your bank account.

Follow the guidelines below to successfully add your bank information to your OTO account:

  1. Go to the Settings page and navigate to the Company tab.
  2. Choose your bank from the dropdown list of Bank Name
  3. Fill in the Bank Holder's Name as per the bank card >> your Bank IBAN >> your Billing Address
  4. If your business is registered for VAT, fill in your VAT Number >> Company Registration Number
  5. Click the blue Save button from the top right corner.

Note: Cash On Delivery amounts will be transferred at different times throughout the month, determined according to the plan you choose.
