How to Collect Cash on Delivery (COD) Amounts

Modified on Tue, 27 Aug at 11:16 AM

When issuing shipping labels that include Cash on Delivery (COD) amounts, which are collected by the courier from the customer upon delivery, either in cash or via a network device, the amount will be transferred to your registered bank account through the following steps:

  1. Ensure that your complete bank account information is accurately added as it appears in the bank's IBAN certificate. Follow the steps outlined in this article.

  2. Access the Cash on Delivery wallet in the Settings under Payments to check the available and previously withdrawn amounts.

3. To withdraw funds, click the withdrawal button located at the top right corner of the screen. This will transfer the amount to your bank account, and you'll receive the transfer receipt via the email linked to your account. Please note that the transfer timing depends on your current plan. For more details on the transfer schedule, visit this article. Click here

You can withdraw any portion of the total current balance by entering it in the withdrawal amount field and pressing the next step to confirm bank details, noting that one riyal is deducted from the desired transfer amount as a transaction fee.

4. You can check the report of shipments included in the Cash on Delivery amounts added to the current balance or for previous periods by clicking on the three dots on the far right of the desired report and selecting "View Details."
