Whether you're just starting out or scaling your operations, OTO makes it easy to upgrade your plan based on your business needs. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to change your subscription plan in the OTO dashboard.
Step 1: Access the Subscription Settings
From the main sidebar, go to Settings.
Under the Payments section, click on Subscription.
You will see your current plan details (e.g., Free Plan) and a Change button next to it.

⚙️ Step 2: Choose Your New Plan
Once you click "Change," you’ll be redirected to a page with all available plans:
Free Plan – 0.9 SAR/month, includes 30 free shipments when using your own rates.
Starter Plan – 99 SAR/month (discounted from 199 SAR), includes 200 free shipments when using your own rates and cheaper extra shipment rates.
Scale Plan – 399 SAR/month, ideal for growing businesses with 1000 free shipments when using your own rates and the best discounted shipping rates.
Enterprise Plan – Tailored pricing and advanced features, suitable for large businesses.
You can also toggle between Monthly and Yearly billing options, with yearly subscriptions offering 25% savings.

Step 3: Confirm and Add Payment Method
Select your desired plan (e.g., Scale Plan).
Click Next Step.
If no payment method is added yet, the system will prompt you to Add Card under "Payment Details."
Complete the payment to activate your new subscription.

1. Can I upgrade my plan at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan anytime from the Subscription section under Settings. The changes will take effect immediately after confirmation and payment.
2. What happens if I exceed my free shipment quota (Using your own contracts)?
Once your monthly free shipment quota is used up, you’ll be charged a per-shipment fee based on your current plan:
Free Plan: 0.9 SAR per extra shipment when using your own contracts
Starter Plan: 0.7 SAR per extra shipment when using your own contracts
Scale Plan: 0.5 SAR per extra shipment when using your own contracts
3. Is there a benefit to choosing the yearly plan?
Yes! Yearly plans offer a 25% discount compared to monthly billing, which can result in significant savings if you ship regularly.
4. Can I downgrade my plan later?
Yes, you can downgrade your plan through the same Change Plan flow. However, changes to a lower plan will apply starting the next billing cycle.
5. What’s the difference between my own rates and OTO’s discounted rates?
Your Own Rates: Your direct agreements with shipping carriers.
OTO's Discounted Rates: OTO’s negotiated rates with carriers, often cheaper for both local and international shipments.
6. Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you’ll be downgraded to the free plan at your next renewal date. Your current subscription will remain active through the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for.
7. If I want to cancel my subscription, can I get a refund?
Once you cancel a subscription, you won’t be charged for future subscription fees. but the past subscription fees are not refundable.
