The proforma invoice is the customs card for shipments at various ports. This invoice contains the information of the sender and consignee in addition to the type and price of the product.
Customs clearance
The proforma invoice must be printed and affixed to the shipment appropriately. The information of the products should be added accurately, to facilitate the transit of the truck and avoid its return or rejection by customs.
The customer bears full responsibility if the shipment is returned due to any inaccuracy in the mentioned information.
How to print the International Proforma with OTO
1. Navigate to "Shipments" from the sidebar.
2. Go to "Awaiting Pickup" page.
3. Select the order, and choose "International Proforma" from the "Print" dropdown list.
