How to create a shipment (OTO rates)

OTO allows its users directly ship with delivery companies without having any contracts. In this model, you will be able to explore different rates offered by delivery companies and different services such as 4 hours delivery, same-day delivery, next-day delivery, cold delivery, heavy & bulky, etc.

To create a shipment and explore different rates follow the steps below

1. Go to the Shipments tab.

2. Select the order you want to ship.

3. Select "Create Shipment", then select "With OTO Rates".

4. In the form, select a box that you have predefined, or add a new box, enter the weight, and click the "Show Shipping options" button.

5. Now, you can see a list of delivery companies, shipping rates, delivery lead-time, and more details in the info button. Choose your preferred delivery company and simply click "Create Shipment" button.

That's it! you have successfully created a shipment with OTO
