Are orders not showing on OTO? How to Synchronize Orders

If there are orders that are not reflecting on your OTO account or if you made changes to an order on your platform, but the changes don't appear, you can easily solve this issue by fetching the orders manually or updating the existing order. 

Follow the below-mentioned steps to Synchronize any order between your online store and OTO account:


1. Go to your OTO account. Click on Home >> Sales Channels >> Connected Stores >> then click on  Sync Orders




2.  Now, fill in the Order ID and the Sales Channel Name, then click the Synchronize button.
