Follow the steps below to link your account on the Foodics platform with your Oto account:

First: Steps to follow on your OTO account

  • From the main sidebar menu, click on "Sales Channels" and from there, select the Foodics platform.

  • Navigate to the next credential page → enter your store name → Click on the 'Active' icon, followed by the 'Save' button → Copy your refresh Token.

Second: Steps to follow on the Foodics platform

  • Log in to your Foodics account from the following link: console.foodics.com/login.

  • Navigate to the Marketplace page –> Search for OTO under the Delivery Management category –> Click `Install or "Manage" if you have previously installed it.

  • When you click on install, Foodics will request access permission → To proceed, click on "Authorize App To Access My Account".

  • After successfully authorizing the integration, you will need to configure OTO through the Manage page.

  • Click Edit in the top right corner of the box. Insert the Refresh Token you obtained from OTO and click Save.

  • After saving the Refresh Token, the Branches Activation settings will appear. The Branches Activation is where you can define in which branches you want OTO integration to be active or inactive

  • Finally, add the branches you want to mark as Active, then click Save. Marking a branch Inactive means orders coming from that branch will not be sent to OTO.

By following the above-mentioned steps, your account has been successfully integrated with your OTO account.
