Why is it mandatory to charge the wallet?
Creating shipments and printing waybills on OTO can only be done after the delivery fees are deducted from the credit points added to the account by card or bank transfer by following the steps in this article.
Can I ship without deducting it from my wallet and let the receiver pay the full amount?
Although the receiver can choose the Cash on Delivery (COD) option and pay the full amount upon receiving the shipment, the shipping cost will still be initially deducted from your wallet. After the receiver makes the COD payment, the collected amount will be transferred to your bank account on the agreed date. This ensures that the shipping costs are covered if added to the Cash To Be Collected field in the order details.
Why did I get fewer credit points than what I paid?
As adding credit points to your wallet is a payment transaction it is subject to the country's tax regulations which is deducted from the gross transferred amount (15% in KSA).
Why is the Bank Transfer option not clickable?
The Bank Transfer option is available only for amounts greater than 500 SAR.
I transferred the amount via bank transfer, when will the amount be added to the wallet?
The bank transfer credit charges are processed within 24 hours as it need to be checked and matched by the financial team at OTO. make sure to upload the transfer slip in the highlighted field in the last step of the charge process in the below screenshot.
Can I refund the purchased credit points?
Credit charge transaction refund requests made within the last 30 days can be sent through the support team with amounts less than 150 SAR subject to management approval.
Why is my wallet balance in minus?
All wallet transactions of addition or deduction can be found in the credit report in the below screenshot with date and time, shipment and order numbers, amount, and any other details under the notes column.
How do I apply my promo code?
After clicking on the Charge option from the top right corner of the screen, the promo code can be typed and checked for validity in the highlighted field in the below screenshot.
Where did my free credit go?
Unused free credit will be deducted from the wallet after its predefined validity period or dates noting that the priority in creating shipments is the extra points then the base amount.
