General Feature Information
OTO allows its users to have a virtual COD Wallet where you can keep, and withdraw the COD amount or you can purchase OTO shipping credit. Based on your client plan the collected COD amounts will be transferred to your COD Wallet.
How to Use the Feature
Ensure that your complete bank account information is accurately added as it appears in the bank's IBAN certificate. Follow the steps outlined in this article.
Access the Cash on Delivery wallet in the Settings under Payments to check the available and previously withdrawn amounts.
To withdraw funds, click the withdrawal button located at the top right corner of the screen. This will transfer the amount to your bank account, you will see the status of your cod wallet transactions.
You can withdraw any portion of the total current balance by entering it in the withdrawal amount field and pressing the next step to confirm bank details, note that there is a transaction fee based on the amount transferred.
4. You can check the report of shipments included in the Cash on Delivery amounts added to the current balance or for previous periods by clicking on the three dots on the far right at tools at the top of the list or right click on the desired report and selecting "View Details."

Q: What if my transaction stays at “processing” status and is not completed?
A: You can write to support if processing status lasts more than 3-4 days, it may be a technical error on the bank transfer side.
