The SMS Providers feature in OTO allows businesses to connect their preferred SMS service providers for seamless communication with customers. This integration ensures timely updates for order confirmations, delivery notifications, and more. With multiple pre-integrated providers available, businesses can select the most suitable option and configure it within minutes.
How to Use the Feature
Step-by-Step Instructions
To Access SMS Providers Integration:
Navigate to Integrations > Other Integrations in the side menu.
Select the SMS Providers tab to view a list of available SMS services.
To Connect an SMS Provider:
Click the Connect button next to the desired provider.
A form will appear requesting the following information:
Connection Name: Assign a unique name for this integration.
Sender Name: The name or ID that will appear in the SMS messages.
Token: The authentication key provided by the SMS service provider.
Toggle the Status switch to "Active" to enable the connection.
Click Connect to finalize the setup.
To Manage Connected SMS Providers:
Switch to the Connected tab under Other Integrations.
View all active SMS providers with their connection details.
Perform the following actions:
Edit: Modify the connection name, sender name, or token by clicking the Edit button.
Delete: Remove the SMS provider integration by clicking the Delete button.
