The shipping process is available exclusively on the OTO PACK Mobile App and provides two methods for managing orders:

Shipping by Packages
This method is ideal for shipping individual orders or small batches.
Steps to Ship by Packages:
Navigate to the Ship Page:
Click the Menu button on the bottom bar.
Tap Ship to open the Ship Page.
Select Orders:
Choose the orders you want to ship using:
Camera
Scanner
Manual Selection
Multiple orders can be selected for bulk shipping.
Proceed with Shipping:
Click the button above the bottom bar to proceed with the selected orders.
Select Ship to finalize the process.
Shipping by Dispatching Units
This method is designed for grouping multiple orders into a single dispatching unit for streamlined handling and tracking.
Steps to Ship by Dispatching Units:
Select Orders:
Use the camera, scanner, or manual selection to choose orders to include in the dispatching unit.
Add Orders to Dispatching Unit:
Click the button above the bottom bar.
Select Add to Dispatching Unit.
Choose an existing dispatching unit or create a new one.
Navigate to Dispatching Units Tab:
Switch to the Dispatching Units tab to view and manage the created units.
Finalize Shipping:
Select the desired dispatching unit.
Optional: Print a dispatching list before shipping.
Click Ship to complete the process.
Dispatching List and Its Benefits
The Dispatching List can be printed before the courier picks up the orders. This document includes vital information such as:
Dispatching Unit Number
Total Package Count and Weight
Individual Order IDs, Shipment Numbers, Box Counts, and Weights
