Feature Name: Dashboard

Feature Overview:

The OTO dashboard provides a comprehensive view of your order activity. It enables you to track the total number of orders across various statuses in real time. With powerful comparison tools, you can analyze order volumes for a selected date against any other date, helping you spot trends, seasonal patterns, and shifts in performance. The dashboard also offers a detailed breakdown of order distribution by day, delivery company, destination, and sales channel, giving you the insights needed to make informed decisions and optimize operations.

How to Use the Feature

To Access Dashboards Page:

Navigate to Home> Dashboard in the side menu.

The Dashboard Sections:

  1. Number Of Orders: The first section provides a summary of your orders. You can choose from pre-set date ranges or customize a specific date range to suit your needs. Each status displayed corresponds to a tab on the Shipments page. Clicking on any status will instantly redirect you to the corresponding tab on the Shipments page, with the selected date filter automatically applied.

  1. Overview: The second section provides a detailed comparison of your orders across two selected date ranges. With this feature, you can track changes in key metrics such as total orders, COD orders, deliveries, and more. The dashboard highlights percentage changes, enabling you to quickly identify growth, declines, and trend shifts over time.

  1. Order Distribution (Weekly): This section allows you to track and analyze the number of orders for each day of the past week. It provides insights which help to identify patterns or fluctuations that may occur on specific days of the week.

  1. Order Distribution (Daily): This section enables you to track and analyze the number of orders for each hour of the current day. It provides insights, helping you identify peak activity periods and detect patterns or fluctuations that occur at specific hours of the day.

  1. Top Destinations: This section provides a breakdown of orders based on their delivery locations. This summary highlights the top-performing cities by order percentage, helping you identify key markets, spot regional trends, and optimize delivery strategies for specific areas.

  1. Delivery Companies Distribution: This analysis provides a breakdown of orders by delivery company, showing how order volume is distributed across different carriers. It helps you assess carrier performance, identify dependencies, and make data-driven decisions to optimize your shipping strategy.




  1. Sales Channel Distribution: This analysis provides a breakdown of the number of orders across different sales channels. It allows you to see where your orders are coming from, identify trends in channel usage.

  1. Warehouse Distribution: This analysis provides a breakdown of the number of orders processed through each warehouse. It helps you understand order distribution across different fulfillment centers, track order volume by location, and identify trends in warehouse utilization.
