How to Integrate Your Salla Store with OTO?


Note: This integration is available only for Salla Pro and Special users. If you are not on these plans, you can still connect OTO through Salla Desktop integration.


Connecting your Salla e-commerce store with OTO enables you to manage, ship, and track all your orders seamlessly from a single, powerful platform.

This guide will walk you through the simple two-part process: Installation on Salla and Configuration in the OTO App.

Part 1: Install the OTO App on Salla

To begin, you need to install the OTO Shipping Gateway app from the Salla App Store.

Prerequisites:

  • You must have an active OTO account.

  • You must have an active Salla store.

  1. Log in to your Salla Store admin panel.

  2. Navigate to the App Store: From the main menu, go to Apps (التطبيقات) > App Store (متجر التطبيقات).

  3. Search for OTO: In the search bar, type "OTO" and press Enter.

  4. Install the App: Click on the OTO - The Only Shipping Gateway You Need app, then click the Install button.

  5. Grant Permissions: Review the required permissions and click Approve (الموافقة) to complete the installation on Salla.

  6. Automatic Redirection: Salla will automatically redirect you to your OTO account to complete the integration setup.




Part 2: Activate and Configure Shipping Rates


After installation, the system will redirect you to OTO, and your store will be automatically connected. Now, you just need to set up your shipping rates within Salla.

  1. Confirm OTO Status: In your OTO account, navigate to Integrations > Sales Channels > Connected Sales Channels. Your Salla store should be listed and marked as Active.

  2. Go to Salla App Settings: Return to your Salla admin panel and go to Apps > My Apps > OTO - The Only Shipping Gateway You Need > App Settings.

  3. Add a New Shipping Rate: Scroll down to the Shipping Rates section and click + Add new rate.

  4. Configure Shipping Details: Fill in the following required fields to set up your preferred shipping option:

    • Shipping Type (نوع التسعيرة): Select the type of pricing.

    • Shipping Cost for Merchant (تكلفة الشحن للتاجر): Enter the cost you will bear.

    • Shipping Fees for Customer (رسوم الشحن للعميل): Enter the cost the customer will pay.

    • Shipping Countries (البلاد): Select All Countries (كل الدول) or specify your target countries.

    • Supported Cities (المدن المدعومة): Select All Cities (كل المدن) or customize a list.

    • Delivery Duration (مدة الشحن): Set the estimated delivery time.

  5. Enable Cash on Delivery (Optional): Check the box for Cash on Delivery (تفعيل الدفع عند الاستلام) if you offer this payment method.

  6. Save Configuration: Click the Save button at the bottom of the page to apply your new shipping rate.





Important Note: Before you start: 
If you previously connected your Salla store using the OTO Desktop Application, you must remove that old integration before proceeding.
1- Navigate to Sales Channels > Connected Sales channels.
2- Find the old connection (e.g., "Salla Desktop App").
3- Click the three-dot menu (...) next to the channel and select Remove.



Congratulations! Your Salla store is now fully integrated with OTO. All your new orders will automatically be synced to OTO, ready for you to process and ship
