How to cancel a shipment and reassign to another shipping company

Follow the steps below to cancel a shipment and reassign it to another shipping company 


1. Navigate to "Shipments" on the side menu

2. click the "Awaiting Pickup" tab.

3. Select the shipment you want to cancel, move your cursor over the "Shipment" dropdown menu, and click "Cancel Shipment".


* Attention ⚠️
After cancellation, the fees will be refunded to your wallet immediately, except when the shipment is with Aramex or SMSA.


- For Aramex : 

The fees will be refunded for domestic shipping within 14 days, and for international shipping, within 30 days.


- For SMSA :

The fees will be refunded within 21 days



Note: Shipments can be canceled only before the delivery company picks up the shipment. 




3. After that, you will need to create a new shipment with a different delivery company:


-  Click the "Pending Orders" tab

- Select the order you canceled.

- Move your cursor over the "Create Shipment" tab then press and select "With OTO Rates" from the dropdown menu. 


4. Choose the delivery company and click the "show shipping options" button
