How to cancel a shipment and reassign to another shipping company

Follow the steps below to cancel a shipment and reassign it to another shipping company 


1. Navigate to "Shipments" on the side menu

2. click the "Awaiting Pickup" tab.

3. Select the shipment you want to cancel and move your cursor over the "Shipment" dropdown menu and click "Cancel Shipment", noting that you will not be able to cancel from your side if the shipment is with one of these shipping companies :

Aramex - SMSA - Deliverist - Thabit - Deliver now.

You will have to contact the Customer Support eam via Live Chat or the Email to do so.


Note: Shipments can be canceled only before the shipment is picked up by the delivery company. 




3. After that, you will need to create a new shipment with a different delivery company:


-  Click the "Pending Orders" tab

- Select the order you canceled.

- Move your cursor over the "Create Shipment" tab then press and select "With OTO Rates" from the dropdown menu. 


4. Choose the delivery company and click the "show shipping options" button
