Advanced Settings - OTO FLEX

Managing your own driver's fleet has never been easier with OTO FLEX. assign withWith this feature activated, alongside the OTO FLEX driver mobile application, you can choose how to assign drivers for orders, force proofs for each pickup and delivery with a photo, an OTP, or Barcode, and surely set predefined SLAs for your deliveries and pickups with your drivers to guarantee to provide the best service and customer satisfaction there is.
 
Activate: this button is for activating or disabling this feature. 

Do not send SMS: If you activate this option, OTO will not send tracking SMS for shipments from this company to the end customer.

Fleet Name: The title of your driver's group.

Driver Assignment Method: You can select the method you want to use to assign drivers to tasks automatically. 

The nearest Driver selects the nearest driver from the pickup location. 

Broadcast method sends a notification to all drivers who can deliver the order, 

Least Task selects the driver with least number of tasks and Manual is for manual assignments only.

Proof of Pickup: You can activate a mandatory requirement when the driver attempts to update the shipment's status to Picked Up. It can be a Photo or reading a certain Barcode on the airway bill. 

Force proof of Pickup: if this option is activated, the driver cannot pick up the order without proof.

Proof of Delivery: You can activate a mandatory requirement when the driver attempts to update the shipment's status to Delivered. It can be a Photo, OTP, or reading a certain Barcode on the airway bill.

Force proof of Delivery: if this option is activated, the driver cannot mark the order as delivered without proof. 

Google ApiKey: in order to open OTO Flex routing for multiple orders, you need to enable Google direction API in the Google Cloud Console and it can be either IP Based or Http-Based
