The emails that you send to your customer after each shipment, whether to track orders or returns, or to alert the customer of unsuccessful delivery attempts, etc., are your key to increasing customer satisfaction for your store and enhancing their loyalty to your brand.

And because we at OTO understand the importance of this and we care about your customers having a complete and smooth shipping experience to the end, we added an email page for you through which you can customize the email pages that you send to your customers.

Follow the steps below to customize your brand emails

1-From the side menu, click on the Settings , and in the Setup section, click on "Email" and then click on the Add button on the top left corner of the page.

2-Choose the email type that you want to send to your customer:

  • Order Tracking.
  • Address Verification.
  • Failed Delivery Attempt.
  • Order Feedback.
  • Order Return Request.
  • Order Notification.

3-In the Subject field, add the subject that you want to appear to the customer before the message is opened.

4-Then add the customer's email in the "Reply to" field.

5-Next choose the brand and language in which you want to send the email.

Note: When the customer clicks on the link in the e-mail, whether to track the order, return requests, or other types, another page will open to continue and to find the details,and you can customize that page from the "Customizable Pages" tab.

** You can also test emails before sending them to the customer to make sure all the details are clear before sending it. 

To do so, select the request, click on tools ,then click on send test Email.

6-To manage your brand's email accounts, click on the "Email Accounts" tab, then "Add" from the top left corner in order to add new account.

7. Add your brand's email address and password, and make sure to check with your email service provider about the hosting, the port they use, and what security protocol is being used so you can activate it. Then press "Add new account" to proceed.

And to edit an existing Email account ,Click on the three dots next to the Email and choose "Edit Email Account" from the list.
