Because every brand has its unique signature, we have added customizable brand pages for you. This feature allows you to design pages that reflect your brand's identity for effective communication with your customers across different channels.
Follow the next steps to customize your messaging pages through OTO:
From the right side menu, navigate to Setup, then 'Customizable Pages'.
Click on 'add new settings'.
Choose the message type, and add your brand and language.
** The types of messages available in the Starter and Scale Plans:
Tracking shipment.
Address Verification.
Feedback.
Return Request.
Undelivered Attempt.
To tailor the template specifically to your brand:
Begin by selecting the type of message you wish to use.
Following this selection, you will be presented with some templates.
Simply click on the settings option to access customization features for the chosen template.
** Included below are screen shots illustrating an example of a message used for tracking shipments.
Also, you can easily modify the settings from the main page by clicking on the three dots '...' at the end of each message.
