In e-commerce, you may face a certain period of a high number of orders. In these times, OTO can help you automate your workload. One of the most helpful ways is creating shipments automatically with your own contracts as the orders enter your e-commerce system.
All you need to do is to edit your warehouse and turn on the "Automatically Create Shipments" option.
As seen below, once you activate that option, any order assigned to that warehouse will be sent to the shipment creation process automatically. Finally, click "Save" at the end of the page.
** Please note that this feature is only available for Starter & Scale Plan users!
