This feature allows users to group cities into predefined categories, which can then be easily applied across multiple feasibility rules, improving efficiency and consistency in rule management.


How to Use the Feature

To Access City Group Integration:

  1. Navigate to the Settings> Advanced > Area on the left sidebar.

  2. Choose the city group option on the screen.

  3. Click on Add City Group button

  1. A modal form will open for you with the following parameters:

  • Name: The name of the city group, you can give a specific name to the city group.

  • Country: Country of the cities of the group.

  • Description: Add any description.

  • Cities: The cities that you wanna group.

  1. Add cities one by one or click the select all button.

  2. Click on the Add button.

To Access Add City Group to a Feasibility Rule:

  1. Navigate to the Management > Shipping OTOmation on the left sidebar.

  2. Click on Add Feasibility Rule or Edit Feasibility rule.

  3. Choose the Origin or Destination city group on the conditions part.
