To Access Cancel Shipment:
1. Navigate to "Shipments" on the side menu
2. Click the "Awaiting Pickup" tab.
3. Select the shipment you want to cancel, click on the "Orders" dropdown menu, and click "Cancel Shipment".
4. After it is canceled, it moves to the pending orders tab with the status "Shipment Canceled".
5. You can select the order and create a shipment again with a different delivery company.

Solution: Confirm the delivery company associated with the shipment. Refund timelines are as follows:
Aramex:
Domestic: Refund within 14 days.
