Feature Name: Check Status Service
Feature Overview:
OTO allows you to see status updates from delivery companies instantly, but although very rare, sometimes there may be disruptions, delays or deficiencies in the updates from the delivery company.
This may be due to the delivery company systems or momentary errors. In such cases, oto has developed the check status service. If you experience that the status on the delivery company tracking page does not match the status on OTO, you can access the latest status update using this service.
How to Use the Feature
Step-by-Step Instructions
To Access Check Shipment Status Service:
Navigate to Shipments > Awaiting Pickup, Currently Shipping or All orders tab in the side menu.
Select the shipment number by filtering and click on the orders button.
Click the Check Shipment Status button.

Issue: The Check Shipment Status button is missing or not visible when trying to access shipment details.
Solution: Make sure your account package is enabled for this feature and that you have all the permissions.
