With OTO, seamlessly integrate with over 200 local and international shipping partners through a single, unified dashboard.

OTO provides the ability of the shipping partners you contract with to ship and manage the shipments easily.

How to Use the Feature

Step-by-Step Instructions


To Access Forward Shipment Creation Page:

  1. Navigate to Shipments > Pending Orders in the side menu.

  2. Select the order/orders you want to ship with your own agreements and click on Create Shipment button.

  3. Choose With My Rates option.


  1. Choose the same shipping partner for all orders or you can choose different shipping partners individually.

  1. Click on Create Shipment button.


To Access Reverse Shipment Creation Page:

  1. Navigate to Shipments > Delivered in the side menu.

  2. Select the order you want to reverse shipment with your own agreements and click on Create Shipment button.

  3. Choose Create Reverse Shipment With My Rates option.

  1. A form will appear requesting the following information:

  • Drop-off Warehouse: Warehouse to which the shipment will be returned

  • Drop-off Branch: Branch to which the shipment will be returned

  • Comment: It is an optional field where you can enter a comment regarding the return.

  • QTY To be Returned: If there is more than one product, the return number.

  • Return Reason: Reasons for return (damaged product, size issues etc.)

  1. Click on the Show Shipping Prices button.

  2. Choose the delivery company option you want to ship with and click on the Create Shipment button.

  1. To Access Tracking Shipment Page:

  2. Navigate to the Shipments-> Awaiting pickup

  3. Filter the order/ shipment you want to track and click on shipment number.

  4. Open Tracking URL or copy shipment number for track.

Common Issues and Solutions:

Issue: An error message appears when attempting to create a shipment (either forward or reverse)

SolutionBalance Issues: Ensure that your account has sufficient balance to process the shipment.

Shipping Partner Configuration: Double-check that your shipping partner configuration is correctly set up. If you don’t have a configured shipping partner, refer to the setup guide linked in the article.

Warehouse Configuration: Make sure a warehouse is created in the system and selected during the shipment creation process.

If you have checked all of the above and still face issues, contact customer support for assistance.


Issue: Can not create bulk reverse shipment.

Solution: This option is not allowed. You need to create reverse shipments one by one.

Q: Do I need to enter a reason for the return when creating a reverse shipment?

A: The Return Reason is optional, but it is recommended to provide a reason (e.g., damaged product, size issue) for better tracking and reporting. This helps both you and your shipping partner understand the nature of the return.

Q: Can I track my shipment once it’s created?

A: Yes, once the shipment is created using your own agreements, you will be able to track it using the tracking number provided by the shipping partner. 

QCan I create an international shipment?

A: If your contract with shipping partner covers international shipments, yes.
