ALSOUQ module allows you to easily purchase packaging materials such as boxes,bags,tapes, and more directly from your OTO dashboard. With ALSOUQ, you benefit from competitive prices, direct delivery to your warehouse or preferred address, and seamless order management all within the OTO platform.

How to Use the Feature

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Activate the ALSOUQ Module

To enable the feature:

Go to OTO Modules from the left menu (located at the bottom).
Scroll down to the Free Plan section.
Locate the ALSOUQ module and click on View Details.
On the module details page, click Activate Module.

2. Access ALSOUQ After Activation

Once activated, you can access ALSOUQ from the Main page under the Shipping section.

3. Purchase Packaging Materials

Browse the available packaging items and click on the one you want.
Enter the quantity you wish to purchase.
Click Buy Now to proceed directly to checkout or Add to Cart to continue shopping.

4. Checkout Process

On the Checkout Page:

Choose the Delivery Address:
- Select a previously added warehouse address.
- Or enter a new delivery address manually.
Choose Payment Method:
- Only available method: OTO Credit, which deducts the amount directly from your wallet.
Click Complete to place the order.

5. Track Your Orders

To view and track your packaging orders:

Go to ALSOUQ > My Orders.
