Prerequisites:

  1. Add Customizable Pages:
    Before configuring email settings, ensure you have created customizable pages for each email type to reflect actionable links.

  2. Add an Email Account:
    Configure your email account credentials in the "Email Accounts" section.

Steps to Configure the Email Feature

1. Access the Email Settings:

  • Navigate to Settings > Email in the sidebar.

  • Select the Email Settings tab.

2. Add an Email Account:

  • Go to the Email Accounts tab and click Add Email Account.

  • Fill in the following details:
