Feature Overview:
The Blacklisted Customer feature allows administrators to block specific customers from placing orders. Once enabled, any order from blacklisted customers is automatically placed on hold upon arrival in the system. This ensures that problematic or unauthorized customers cannot disrupt operations. This feature is available for certain plans, not for all. 

How to Use the Feature

Step-by-Step Instructions

To Enable Blacklisted Customer Functionality:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Autocorrector under the Advanced section.

  2. Locate the Blacklist option in the list of settings.

  3. Toggle the Blacklist option to enable it. This allows the system to hold orders from blacklisted customers automatically.

  4. Click Save to apply the changes.

To Add a Blacklisted Customer:

  1. Once the Blacklist feature is enabled:

    • Go to Advanced > Blacklisted Customer from the left-hand menu.

  2. Click the Add Blacklisted Customer button at the top right.

  3. Enter the following details:

    • Customer Name: The name of the customer to be blacklisted.

    • Phone Number: The customer's phone number (ensure the country code is correct).

  4. Click Add to save the blacklisted customer. Their orders will now be automatically held by the system.

  • The Blacklist option must be enabled in Autocorrector Settings before adding blacklisted customers.

  • Administrative privileges are required to enable and manage blacklisted customers.
