Feature Name: Print Settings

Feature Overview:

Some shipping  partners integrated with OTO use OTO's own AWB template. OTO has a print settings feature where you can edit or adjust this template. With this settings page, you can make your AWB settings and invoice(order details).

How to Use the Feature

Step-by-Step Instructions

To Access Print Templates:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Print under the setup menu.

  2. Choose invoice print template or label print template or shipping label template.

Invoice print template: These templates are for the print orders button for warehouse users and admins who print order details. You can select your template and edit the elements inside.

Label print template: The template used to print orders through the "print orders" button in the branch dashboard, it can be customized by selecting a preferred template and modifying its elements as needed

Shipping label template: This template is for printing the airway bill. You can select your template and edit the elements inside.

  1. Choose the change template button.You can preview and select from the sample templates presented to you.

  2. Click on the Save button.

To Access Print Settings:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Print under the setup menu.

  2. Choose invoice print table or label print template or shipping label template.

  3. Click on the Edit Settings button.

  4. If you click on the Reset settings button, all settings revert to the default settings.

You can make basic settings such as page size, font size and font weight and language. You can also activate/deactivate the displayed parameters. There are also special settings here where you can also adjust some barcode dimensions.


  1. After making your settings, click the save button.

After saving, your new settings will affect both your old orders and your new orders.

Make sure  that you are printing an AWB with a shipping partner that has print settings that can be applied and uses OTO's template.

Common Issues and Solutions:

Issue: There is no label print template in my account, why?

Solution: Your account does not support this option. Please check your package features.

Issue: Changes are not reflected after saving

Solution: Make sure that shipping partner is using OTO’s print template.

Q: Can I customize the barcode size or dimensions?

A: Yes, barcode size and dimensions can be adjusted in the Edit Settings section. You can change the barcode size within the print template to match your preferences. Make sure to click Save after making changes to ensure they are applied.

Q: Do I need to configure print settings for each order?

A: No, once you set your preferred print settings, the changes will automatically apply to both new and existing orders. You do not need to configure print settings for each individual order.

Q: Will changes in print settings affect past orders?

A: Yes, the changes you make to print settings will affect both past and future orders. Once you save your new settings, they will automatically apply to all existing and future orders.

Q: How can I reset print settings to the default template?

A: To reset print settings to the default template:

  1. Go to Settings > Print and select the template you want to reset.

  2. Click Edit Settings and click on Reset Settings button.
