Feature Name: Print AWB, Invoice and International Proforma
Feature Overview:
Once you’ve created a shipment, you'll need to prepare the necessary labels and documents to ensure a smooth shipping process. This includes the standard shipping labels for domestic shipments, which contain important details such as addresses, tracking numbers, and handling instructions. For international shipments, you'll also need additional documents, such as proforma invoices and customs declarations, which provide essential information about the contents, value, and origin of the goods. These documents are critical for ensuring compliance with customs regulations and facilitating timely delivery, both domestically and across international borders.
How to Use the Feature
Step-by-Step Instructions
To Access Print Shipping Label Page:
Navigate to Shipments > Awaiting Pickup in the side menu.
Select the order/orders that you want to print shipping labels.
Choose the “print” button > Shipping Label (AWB)
Choose the language of AWB( English, Turkish, Arabic)
Copy AWB PDF url or download the pdf.
To Access International Proforma Page
Navigate to Shipments > Awaiting Pickup in the side menu.
Select the order/orders that you want to print International proforma.
Choose the “print” button-> International Proforma
To Access The Invoice Page
Navigate to Shipments > Awaiting Pickup in the side menu.
Select the order/orders that you want to print invoice.
Choose the “print” button > Order Details
Choose template and the language.
Download Order Details
Configuration Details:
Make sure you have made your print settings in the settings section of your account.
Make sure you set the parameters you want to see in the Invoice and AWB fields.

Troubleshooting and FAQs
Common Issues and Solutions:
Issue: I selected more than one order for print awb but I am having problems with printing.
Solution: One of the orders you selected may have a problem with the awb. Please find the problematic order and try again without selecting it.
Issue: When printing international proforma, I can only see one template.
Solution: Make sure your account is in the appropriate package to include more than one template.
Issue: What could be the reason why my shipment was returned by customs?
Solution: The proforma invoice must be printed and affixed to the shipment appropriately. The information of the products should be added accurately, to facilitate the transit of the truck and avoid its return or rejection by customs.
The customer bears full responsibility if the shipment is returned due to any inaccuracy in the mentioned information.
Issue: Nothing happens on your browser.
Solution: This issue probably caused by your browser settings. When you print your AWB, OTO opens that in a new tab. For the first time, your browser may block the popup window for OTO. You need to allow access to popups for OTO. To see more on how to allow pop ups you can click here.
Issue: The file received from the shipping company is corrupted.
Solution: In the rare case that you may face this issue, you can simply reach us over the live chat, let us know you have an issue with an AWB print and provide us with your shipment or order number. Our tech team will get the correct AWB from the courier and make it available for you.
Issue:You only received 1 AWB copy for a shipment with multiple boxes/packages.
Solution: In this case, then you probably selected the number of packages as "1" during the shipment creation. No worries, you can fix it easily. Just cancel your existing shipment from the "Cancel Shipment" button. To see more details on how to cancel a shipment, click here.
When you create the new shipment, make sure to select the number of boxes/packages correctly. When you reprint your AWB, you will get the same number of AWB copies as your packages this time. Remember each box you handover to your courier should have an AWB printed and attached to the box.

Q: Can I edit my AWB settings?
A:Yes, if the delivery company you choose uses OTO's template.
Q: Can I hide information on the AWB?
A: If the information is not mandatory, yes.
