Navigate to the Settings> Logs > System Logs
Choose Pickup Request Logs tab.
A list will open and the following parameters will be listed:
Order ID: Order number that pickup request created.
Pickup ID: ID of the pickup. It is generated specifically depending on the delivery company.
Created Date: Pickup request created date.
Shipment Number: Shipment number for pickup request.
Delivery Company: The delivery company to which the pickup request was forwarded.
Message: Response from delivery company for the pickup request, which can be success, failed, or other descriptions.
Status: Status of the shipment.
Log Status: Failure or success.
