Feature Name: Shipment Error Logs

Feature Overview:

OTO allows you to see the error logs and correct the error if you give a shipment create order for an existing order and that shipment is not created and you receive an error.

How to Use the Feature

Step-by-Step Instructions

To Access Shipment Error Logs:

  1. Navigate to the Settings> Logs > System Logs

  2. Choose Shipment Error Logs tab.

  1. A list will open and the following parameters will be listed:

  • ID: Id of the record.

  • OTO Order ID: Order number that got error.

  • Delivery Company: Delivery company that gave the error

  • URL: The endpoint from which the request is sent to the delivery company.

  • Error Time:  Time of the error is occured.

  • Error: Content and details of the error

  • Method: In which method did the error occur? Example createShipment, createReverseShipment, cancelShipment etc.
