What is a Brand ? and how to set it up?

If you happen to manage multiple brands, the Brands feature offers you the most convenient way to sort and manage your orders. With this feature, you can easily name each brand, assign it to a dedicated warehouse, and connect it to its own sales channel or online store, all from a single dashboard. Experience streamlined order management tailored to your specific needs!


You can follow the below steps to add Brands through OTO : 

1. Navigate to "Settings" from the sidebar menu.

2. Click on the "Brand" tab.



3. Click "Add a New Brand" and fill in the fields according to the following information: 

Brand name: The title of your brand. 

Logo: The picture associated with the brand.

Default warehouse: The orders will automatically get assigned to the default warehouse when received or created.

Sales channels connection: The online store the brand will receive the orders from.

4. then, finally click on Add to save the changes.


5- Then, you go back to " Home " and choose " Shipments " 

6- At the very right, click on " Columns " 

7- Select " Brand Name " from the list, so the brand tap is visible on the dashboard and then you can create the shipment.




Note that this feature is available for the Starter Plan and above.
