COD Amount Transfer Schedule for Customers

To ensure smooth and timely withdrawals of your COD (Cash on Delivery) amounts, we have set up a transfer schedule based on your package type. Below are the details:

1. Free and Starter Packages

For customers on our Free or Starter packages, we transfer COD amounts twice a month:

  • 1st Transfer: On the 16th of each month for shipments delivered between the 1st and the 15th.
  • 2nd Transfer: On the 1st of each month for shipments delivered between the 16th and the 30th or 31st.

2. Scale Package

For customers on the Scale package, we offer weekly transfers:

  • 1st Transfer: On the 8th of each month for shipments delivered between the 1st and the 7th.
  • 2nd Transfer: On the 16th of each month for shipments delivered between the 8th and the 15th.
  • 3rd Transfer: On the 23rd of each month for shipments delivered between the 16th and the 22nd.
  • 4th Transfer: On the 1st of each month for shipments delivered between the 23rd and the 30th or 31st.


* Noting that if a transfer date coincides with a weekend (Friday or Saturday) it will be sent the following working day (Sunday)



Note: Please note that COD amounts are credited to your account based on your current package, and you will need to withdraw the funds manually.
