Feature Overview
The Customizable Pages feature in OTO enhances customer communication by allowing dynamic and branded content integration. This includes SMS-linked pages for actionable user interactions (e.g., tracking orders, verifying addresses). Additionally, Advertisement Setup lets you embed links, images, and calls-to-action (CTAs) within these pages to direct users to websites, stores, or social media platforms, enriching user experience and increasing engagement.
Each template can also be fully customized to deliver personalized, branded pages across all SMS interactions, ensuring a cohesive brand experience for customers.
How to Use the Feature
Step-by-Step Instructions
To Configure Customizable Pages:
Navigate to Settings:
Go to Settings > Customizable Pages under the Setup section.
Add a Customizable Page:
Click on + Add Customizable Page in the top-right corner.
Select the Message Type (e.g., Tracking, Feedback, Return Request).
Choose a Brand Name to reflect your company’s identity.
Select the Language for the page (e.g., English, Arabic, Turkish).
Click Add to finalize the page setup.
Customize Page Templates:
After adding a customizable page, click on the template for further customization.
Modify colors, button styles, and text to align with your brand using the Template Settingsl.
Available customization options include:
Background Colors (Page, Header, Form, etc.)
Text Colors (Header, Content, Title, etc.)
Button Colors (Submit and Cancel buttons)
Content Toggles (e.g., Show Icon, Display Order Number, Advertisement Placement)
Adjustments apply to all message types to ensure consistent branding across interactions.
Set Advertisements (Optional):
Click on Advertisement Setup.
Upload an Image for the ad (e.g., a banner).
Add Caption Text to describe the ad.
Insert a Hyperlink to direct users (e.g., store URL, social media).
Select the Pages where the ad should appear (e.g., Tracking, Feedback).
Choose the Language for the advertisement.
Save your changes.
Manage Existing Pages:
Use filters to search by Message Type, Brand Name, or Language.
Click the three-dot menu beside any page to edit or delete it.
