Locker delivery offers a secure, flexible, and contactless way to receive packages at your convenience. No more missed deliveries or waiting around—simply pick up your shipment anytime that suits you. In this article, we’ll explore how locker delivery is transforming the shipping experience starting with RedBox and Omni Llama.

If you are connected already using a sale channel, then the order will automatically appear on the Shipments - Pending orders as usual, but if you are not you can add a manual order using the relevant article link :

How can I add an order manually?

* Once the order is created, you need to select the order and choose Create shipment - With OTO's rates. 

Once chosen, you will see the shipping details with all the needed information.

Kindly take a moment to read the instructions on the screenshot before proceeding.

* Liability: Coverage up to a maximum of 375 SAR.

* Pickup By Customer Waiting Time - 3 Days 

The Waiting time for receiver to pickup shipment from courier branch before courier return it back to origin. 

1. Cash on Delivery Fee : 3 SAR

2. Card On Delivery Percentage : 3 SAR plus 2.5% of the amount to be collected

3. Return To Origin : No additional charge or refund.

- Big  - 47x30x37

- Medium - 47x19x37

- Small - 47x8x37

1. Enter Accurate Dimensions & Weight

Ensure you provide the correct package dimensions and weight. Incorrect details may result in no available locker space for your shipment, and refunds will not be issued.

2. Locker Code: OURIYUHT

Copy this locker code now and keep it safe to sign in when reaching the locker. 

3. Access the Locker & Drop Off :

Go to the locker,  click “Courier or Merchant Login,” enter the code, and follow the on-screen instructions. 

4. Pickup By Customer :

The receiver will receive an SMS with a code from the shipping company, allowing them to select their preferred locker for pickup.

 2- Locate the Nearest Locker to Start.

Locate the closest locker and go there to drop off your shipment. On the locker screen, you can just scan the displayed code to continue on your phone or complete the process directly from the screen if supported.

3- Select Shipment Details.

Select "Private Shipment" as your shipping option. Pick the locker size that best fits your package.

4- Deposit & Confirm Your Order

Scan the order barcode before placing the shipment inside. Confirm the deposit or adjust the locker size if needed.

And lastly, kindly check the box for and click on create shipment :
