What is Bullet Delivery?

Bullet delivery refers to a rapid, precise, and highly efficient method of shipping, designed to prioritize speed and accuracy. This service is commonly associated with fast shipping or urgent deliveries, ensuring that the package reaches its destination with minimal delays.

Shipping Companies Offering Bullet Delivery:

1. Careem:

   Service Level Agreement (SLA) based on driving distances:

   • 1 hour: For distances between 0-15 KM, the delivery fee remains the same.
   • 2 hours: For distances between 16-20 KM, a different delivery fee applies.

- Maximum Shipment Dimensions:

• Trunk: 120x90x45 cm
• Rear Seat: 150x90x45 cm

- Maximum Shipment Weight:

• 10 KG

- Prohibited Items: The following items cannot be shipped via Bullet Delivery:

• Cash, gold, diamonds, silver, or other precious metals
• Metal detectors, knives, blades, swords (sharp objects)
• Explosives and weapon-related items
• Perishable goods such as chicken, fish, and meat

- Vehicle Types:

• Sedan cars
• Motorbikes

- Order Reassignment: Orders will be reassigned to the nearest available driver. If no driver is available, the order will be canceled by Careem.

- Maximum Courier Wait Time for Pickup:

• 15 minutes

- Payment Methods: 

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not accepted for Bullet Delivery shipments.

- Operating Hours:

• Regular Hours: 10:00 AM - 1:00 AM
• Friday Hours: 10:00 AM - 1:00 AM (with a break for prayer between 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM)

- Covered Cities: 

Jeddah and Riyadh 

   2. DAL : 

Service Level Agreement (SLA) based on driving distances:

• 4 Hours: Distances will be within 15 KM

- Maximum Shipment Dimensions:

• 40*40*40 cm
  

- Maximum Shipment Weight:

• 15 KG

- Prohibited Items: The following items cannot be shipped via Bullet Delivery:

• Money
  
• Gold
• Diamonds
• Silver
• Metal Detector
• Knives, blades, Swords (sharp objects )
• Explosives and Weapon related items"
• Chicken, fish and meat 

- Vehicle Types:

• Sedan Cars

- Order Reassignment: 

• Not Available

• 10 Minutes

• Friday Hours: 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM

 3. Marsool : 

1. Service Level Agreement (SLA) based on driving distances:

   • 2 hours: Distances will be within 12 KM

- Maximum Shipment Dimensions:

• Shipments that can fit into a motorcycle bag or a car.

- Maximum Shipment Weight:

• 10 KG

- Vehicle Types:

• Bikes
• Small Sedans

- Order Reassignment: 

• Depending on the distance from the nearest courier.

- Maximum Courier Wait Time for Pickup:

• 10 minutes

- Payment Methods: 

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not accepted for Bullet Delivery shipments.

- Operating Hours:

• 24 hours ( Available all day except during Friday prayer time. )
  

- Covered Cities :

• Jeddah, Riyadh, Makkah, Madinah, Taif, Tabuk Khamis Musheit, AlKhobar and Dammam
