How can I add an order manually?

When OTO is integrated with your e-commerce store, it automatically takes the orders when they are created.  However, you may need to create an order manually for a reason. You may be an Instagram seller without an e-commerce platform. 


Rest assured, OTO provides the functionality to manually add orders, ensuring a smooth experience for all users.

Follow the steps below to add an order manually


1. Click on Shipments on the sidebar, then click the Add Order button.



2. Fill out the required fields and click the Next step button.



3. Fill out the rest of the required fields.

Note that the Products line is optional.  You can save your products in your account so you can fill it out from the dropdown menu for new orders



Congratulations, you have added a new order and it's ready to be shipped!
