Troubleshooting and FAQs

Common Issues and Solutions:

Issue: Overlapping configurations for the same warehouse/branch.

Solution: Verify that slots do not overlap within the same time frame. For example:

  • Slot 1: 9:00 AM–10:00 AM

  • Slot 2: 10:00 AM–11:00 AM

Adjust the Start Time and End Time to ensure slots are sequential and do not conflict.

FAQs

Q: What is the difference between "Date" and "Pickup Days of Week"?

A: Date: Use this to set one-time configurations for specific dates, such as non-working days (set Capacity = 0).

  • Pickup Days of Week: Use this for recurring weekly delivery slots (e.g., every Monday and Friday).

If there’s a conflict, the Date setting will override the weekly settings.

Q: What does "Cut-Off Time" mean, and how does it work?

A: The Cut-Off Time is the deadline for accepting orders for a specific slot. It is subtracted from the slot’s start time. For example: If the slot starts at 9:00 AM and the cut-off time is 15 minutes, customers can no longer place orders for this slot after 8:45 AM.

Q: Can I configure different slot durations for different days?

A: Yes, you can create separate configurations for different days and warehouses/branches. For example:

Monday: Slots of 30 minutes

Tuesday: Slots of 60 minutes

Each configuration is managed independently.
