Shipment status: A Guide to Tracking Your Shipments

Delivery status refers to the current stage of an order or shipment. It provides important insights into the progression of a shipment, with common statuses including shipped, delivered, and canceled.

Let's take a look at the different statuses and what they mean throughout the shipment process!

Let's navigate to Home - Shipments and then click on the Currently shipping tap.

Here, you can view all your shipments and their current statuses.



Click to see the status history of the order. 





Tracking Status :

  1. Pickup Completed – The package has been successfully collected from the sender and is in transit.

  2. Received by Origin Hub – The shipment has arrived at the first processing facility where it will be sorted before moving to its destination city.

  3. Arrived at Destination City – The package has reached the city where it is scheduled for delivery.

  4. Dropoff Started & Arrived at Delivery Location – The package has reached the recipient’s vicinity, and an attempt to deliver is being made.

  5. Out for Delivery – The courier has taken the package and is on the way to deliver it to the recipient’s address.

Failed Delivery Attempts

At this stage, the system logs a status update as:

  • “Delivery Attempt Failed” – This means that the courier attempted delivery but was unable to complete it. The reason for failure can vary, such as the customer not being available or an incorrect address.

  • “Rescheduled” – Following the failed attempt, the system reschedules the package for another delivery attempt.

  • “Delivery Attempt Failed – Can't Reach the Customer – No Answer” – This specific update clarifies that the courier tried to contact the recipient but was unable to get a response. This could be due to an incorrect phone number, the customer not answering calls, or being unavailable at the delivery address.




Or, there are a lot of status, for example : here is an attempt to deliver, but the payment was declined by the customer, or the shipment is awaiting further instructions from the shipper.

Other potential statuses include payment issues, awaiting further instructions from the shipper, or being held at a facility for pickup. You check the customer for any needed information such as a new updated number or a clear address
